Update From Master Practitioner
We are right in the middle of our favourite NLP Certification Training: The NLP Master Practitioner Certification Training, where we are certifying our students in 4 of the world’s leading modalities for creating lasting change in themselves and with others: Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy, and NLP Coaching.
We have had such a great 13 days so far, and have 3 more to go! This training is 16 days long, and packed full with tools and techniques to shift mindset, breakthrough barriers and achieve results in all areas of life. The students have completed our 7 Day NLP Practitioner Certification Training, or have been certified by another trainer to the same level so they’re all up to speed with the material we cover at this training.
We’re in the middle of the Personal Breakthrough Sessions right now. This is by far the best part of the whole training. This is where the students work in pairs each being the practitioner and the client, and go through the Personal Breakthrough Session coaching framework to work through a specific life issue, such as public speaking, depression, weight loss, creating the ideal relationship, creating financial freedom, etc.
We have been laying the foundation for these Breakthrough Sessions since the first day of this course, taking the students though exercises and theory to help build their coaching mindset, and going through dozens of processes and exercises to give them the tools they need to help others (and themselves) let go of old patterns of thinking and behaviour that are no longer working for them.
Some of the highlights of this training so far:
The NLP Negotiation Model: A specific NLP Process where the students learn to help others come to an agreement through negotiation. Instead of the common practice of arguing for your side in negotiations, this techniques allows the negotiator (or mediator) to follow a specific process of getting to the intention behind their behaviour that make finding common ground a possibility.
NLP Values: Learning what drives our behaviour and motivation by discovering the deep criteria we hold at an unconscious level which drives us. When we uncover our values, we can look and see if they’re supporting our goals and desires in life. If they’re not (for example, if you have a value of making money, but its way down on the list, you’re going to find it difficult to make the money you want to make) you can use a technique learned in this course to re-rank this list to support your goals.
Breaking a Board: The students learned how to uncover how someone does something, by using a process of Modeling. We teach this, and show the students how powerful this process if by all breaking inch thick boards. This is one of the most exciting parts of the training!
We have spent the past fortnight going between theory, discussion and exercises to make sure the students have a multi-modality learn environment, and also have first-hand experience with all the tools that they learn here.
These students have really decided to play full out and go for it! That’s why this is such an amazing experience for us and for the students. They get to breakthrough their own internal blockages and limitations while learning about themselves and how to help others.
We love what we do!
